ORDERS

Orders may be placed online at www.jewellerybynia.com at any time. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 2-4 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Shipping will not be delivered during the weekend, only during business days.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on any item. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from jewellerybynia.com

 

TAX

VAT is applicable on all orders shipped within Europe. Orders shipped outside of Europe are not liable for VAT.

 

Cancellation

JewellerybyNIA.com reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by JewellerybyNIA.com
